If you are having trouble printing, it is important to make sure UniFlow is open and working as intended. UniFlow is a piece of software that runs the Follow Me Print option on your computer.

First of all, we would always recommend a full restart of your computer before anything else. This will ensure all drivers/services get a reboot and will solve most issues you come across. If you still haven't received your print code please use this article as a guide.

If you are still having issues after a restart, you should be able to easily check if UniFlow is up and running.

If you can't see the icon, please search for it on your taskbar and open it.

Once UniFlow is open, this should resolve your issues and printing should resume as expected.

If you find your UniFlow is open and printing still isn't reaching the copier, please check your print queue like below and clear anything that seems to have gotten stuck.
