Due to no updates from target tracker CTF files no longer import properly.
This is usually because the MIS is now producing CTF 21 or 23 files which Target Tracker cannot recognise yet. You must edit the files that have been created in Arbor, as follows;
Ensure you are using the most up to date version of Target Tracker
Right Click on the filename and choose Open with WordPad
1. Find the words 'CTFversion' in the first few lines of text
2. Edit 21.0 or 23.0 to 22.0
3.Then use the replace feature to change every instance of 'Sex' to 'Gender' (case dependant)
4. Click save
This file should now import as normal.
