Unlock Child Lock on IIYAMA Interactive White Boards

If a message is displayed that child lock is enabled which is preventing the touch screen from working you will need to unlock the board.

To unlock the IIYAMA IWB you will need the remote and will need to press the below keys (If you no longer have the remote please speak to IT.)

On the remote press the green button to unlock the physical buttons
Next press the yellow button to unlock the touchscreen.
Finally press the red button, once this is pressed the board may restart.

Once the reset process is completed touch and the child lock will be disabled.
