Create Helpdesk Shortcut

1. Right click on the desktop and select new shortcut.

2. Enter 'https://helpdesk.aquinas-cmat.org/' for the location of the item, then click next.

3. Enter 'ITS HELPDESK' for the shortcut name and click 'Finish'.
