Downloading a New PS Cloud RDP File

  1. Navigate to https://webaccess.psfcloud.com/RDWeb/Webclient.
  2. The Sign in prompt is displayed. Enter your PS Cloud Username and Password and click the Sign in button.

  1. Select the Settings icon on the top menu, then select the Download the RDP file radio button.

  1. Click the X button to close the Settings window and select your remote desktop icon under Work Resources.

  1. The RDP shortcut download is displayed at the bottom of your screen when the download is complete. Click the download menu icon and select Show in folder as displayed in the following graphic.

  1. The folder where the RDP shortcut has been downloaded is displayed. Right-click on the RDP shortcut and select Send to > Desktop (create shortcut).

  1. Minimise all windows to display your desktop. The next step is to assign your username to the shortcut so that when double-clicked, you only need to enter your password.
  2. Right-click on the RDP shortcut file then select Edit from the pop-up menu.

  1. The Remote Desktop Connection dialog is displayed. Enter your PS Cloud Username then click the Save button.

Note: You may need to edit your username to: psfcloud\*
