Step 1: Install VLC Media Player
If you do not already have VLC Media Player installed please install this via Company Portal (Company Portal is accessed from the start menu.)
Step 2: Open VLC Media Player from the start menu
Step 3: Press Media and then Convert/ Save
Step 4: Press Add and locate your files (I would recommend doing this by folder if converting multiple batches)
Step 5: Press Convert/ Save, set options as below unless otherwise needed, press start and repeat for other folders as needed.
