In order to clear your print queue, you will need to locate the print queue button at the bottom of the screen.
Double click on the icon to launch the printing queue pop-up box. Locate any documents that are stuck. They will normally have "Error" in the Status column.
Select the document and press the 'delete' key on the keyboard.
The jobs will then be removed from the print queue.
