The CCVT appliction (IVMS) will be automatically deployed to staff laptops.
To open the application open the start menu, type "IVMS" and press open
If opening the app for the first time you will be asked to set a password. The criteria for the password should be provided for you and there will be the option to remember the password.
This option is recommended as this will save you entering the password each time the app is opened.
After opening the camera app you will need to add the cameras.
To do this you will need to first click on "maintenance" at the top of the screen
From here on the left hand side of the screen is an "add button"
Press the add button and fill in the relevant details. For the main De Lisle cameras the details are:
You will be provided with usernames and password when requested via the helpdesk. The address for the cameras will also be provided via request.
To pin the application to the taskbar for ease of access, go to the start menu and type "IVMS"
This will bring up the application, on the right hand hand side there will be several options including "pin to taskbar"
This will allow you to open IVMS and view the CCTV
I have you have access to the cameras to view or record please make sure that this is noted with each use in the CCTV access log.
This can be found in both the pastoral and SLT SharePoint areas (This is required by UK GDPR law)
